SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The entry period for the Seghesio & Carbone Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on October 3, 2024, at 12:00 AM Central Time and ends on October 3, 2024, at 11:59 PM Central Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to these official rules (“Official Rules”).
SPONSOR & PRIZE SUPPLIERS: Sponsored by Crimson Wine Group, Ltd. d/b/a Seghesio Family Vineyards, 700 Grove St., Healdsburg, CA 95448 (“Sponsor”). Prizes for this Sweepstakes will be provided by Seghesio Family Vineyards and Carbone Fine Food (collectively, the “Prize Suppliers”).
ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age (“Entrants”). This Sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, all other U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever else restricted or prohibited by law. The following persons are not eligible: (1) employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of (a) the Sponsor; (b) the legal, promotion, and advertising agencies of the Sponsor; (c) any entity involved in the production or administration of the Sweepstakes; (d) licensed alcoholic beverage retailers, wholesalers, or distributors; or (e) any parent company, affiliate, subsidiary, agent, and representative of any entity referred to in (a), (b), (c), or (d); and (2) immediate family members (defined as spouse, mother, father, sisters, brothers, sons, daughters, uncles, aunts, nephews, nieces, grandparents, and in-laws, regardless of where they live) and those living in their household (whether or not related) of any person referred to in (1) above. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, scan the provided QR code at the in-store event at Jewel-Osco in Schaumburg on October 3, 2024, and visit the landing page. Entrants will be required to submit an email address and such other information as Sponsor may require. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Each Entrant can only use one (1) email address to register for or participate in the Sweepstakes. Use of multiple identities, emails, or automated systems to enter is prohibited and grounds for disqualification. All entries are subject to verification at any time.
PRIZE: Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) prize pack valued at approximately $295, which includes:
The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize pack is $295. Alcohol is not included in the prize. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
WINNER SELECTION: Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, to be held on or about October 4, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified via email or phone on or about October 5, 2024. In order to claim the prize, the potential winners will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release. If the potential winner does not return the required documents within the specified time, or cannot be reached, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed entries. Sponsor is not liable for any technical malfunctions or errors that may occur during the entry process.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Prize Suppliers, and all affiliated companies from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance or use of any prize.
DISPUTES: Any disputes arising from this Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of California. Entrants agree that any legal action or claim must be resolved individually and without resort to class action.
